Description
Removing moss, heavy debris and organic build-up from hard surfaces requires a machine that combines consistent sweeping performance with controlled brush pressure. The Westermann WR870-GCVx170 is built for regular commercial sweeping, clearing moss, dirt, leaves and other surface debris while remaining equally capable of moving heavier materials such as animal feed.
Powered by the dependable Honda GCVx170 four-stroke petrol engine, the WR870 provides consistent sweeping performance for extended periods of work. The 87cm working width allows larger areas to be covered efficiently, while the rotating brush can be operated to either the left or right to suit the working conditions and direct material exactly where required.
Compatible with polypropylene, polypropylene wire mix and full wire brushes, the WR870 can be adapted to suit different sweeping applications throughout the year. The fitted wire brush makes this model particularly effective for removing moss from block paving, footpaths, sports facilities and other hard surfaces where stubborn green growth needs to be cleared.
Large pneumatic tyres with sealed ball bearings provide smooth operation across uneven ground, while the front tracing wheel helps maintain a consistent working height for an even finish. A windrow maker is also available to purchase separately to help gather swept material into manageable rows for quicker collection.
