Groundserv supplies everything from small parts and boxed handheld equipment through to large professional grounds maintenance machinery. Because the size, weight and availability of our products varies considerably, delivery arrangements and timescales can vary too.
We aim to make delivery as straightforward as possible and will contact you if an order requires any special arrangements.

A £15 + VAT delivery charge applies to orders below £350 (excl.VAT) for delivery to mainland England and Wales.

Standard delivery is free on orders of £350 or more (excl.VAT) to mainland England and Wales.
Machinery
Larger machinery may require separate delivery arrangements. Where possible, our team delivers machinery directly and will provide an operator handover on delivery where required.

Orders can be collected from Groundserv by prior arrangement. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection.

A £15 + VAT delivery charge applies to orders below the value of £350 + VAT. Standard delivery is free on orders of £350 + VAT or more, subject to any delivery restrictions or special arrangements required for oversized or specialist machinery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the product, stock availability and the type of delivery required. Where possible, delivery information will be provided with the product or order. If your order requires special arrangements or there is a significant delay, we will contact you.
How is large machinery delivered?
Depending on the machine and destination, larger equipment may be delivered using our own vehicles or a suitable specialist carrier. We will contact you where necessary to arrange the delivery and make sure suitable access is available.
Can I collect my order?
Usually, yes. Collection from Groundserv is available by prior arrangement. Please wait until we have confirmed that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
Can I request delivery on a particular day?
If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering. We will check availability and advise on the delivery options available.
What happens if part of my order is not immediately available?
If an item is unavailable or is likely to delay your order significantly, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
