Adjustable Blake Stroke Rate
With the 3-level adjustable blade stroke rate, you can select the right blade speed for every task. You can easily adjust the hedge trimmer using the control cockpit on the rotatable multi-function handle. As the control cockpit rotates with the handle, the switch is always within easy reach, regardless of the handle position.

In addition to displaying the operational time, the app also provides an overview of all necessary maintenance, ensuring that you do not overlook important upkeep and that your power tool is always in a ready-to-use condition.
Stihl Anti Vibration System

The buffer and spring elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of vibrations to the handle area and therefore to your body. The HSA 150 R is IPX4 rated for water resistance, meaning it can be used in all adverse weather conditions. A rotating handle on the tool means you can tackle hedges of all shapes and sizes from all types of angles – and you can best suit the hedge trimmer to the top or side of the hedge you are cutting.
The HSA 150 R has an anti-jamming function so if the cutters get stuck on thicker branches then the tool will help release the jam. When you release the trigger and then pull it again, the blades will move in the opposite direction. A new gearbox system on the HSA 150 R works in perfect harmony with the EC motor to deliver an extremely high cutting force and quick acceleration to the required blade speed.
If you need longer, you can use the AP 300 S or AP 500 S batteries to extend the working time but be aware that this will increase the overall weight and affect the balance of the hedge trimmer.
