Hire Equipment FAQ
What equipment is available for hire?
We are continually adding to our hire fleet. Browse the equipment currently listed or contact the Groundserv team to discuss your requirements and current availability.
Can you deliver hire equipment?
Yes. Delivery and collection can often be arranged depending on the location, machine type and hire duration. Please speak to our team for details.
Do you offer long-term hire?
Yes. We can discuss short-term, seasonal and longer-term hire arrangements depending on the machine and your requirements.
I'm not sure what machine I need. Can you help?
Yes. Our team can discuss the work, site conditions and access requirements with you and help identify the most suitable equipment available.
Do I need safety equipment?
Suitable personal protective equipment must be worn when operating Groundserv hire equipment. This may include safety goggles, safety boots, hearing protection, gloves and any additional protective equipment required by the machine instructions, site rules or your organisation's safety procedures.
What happens if a machine develops a fault?
Stop using the machine if it is unsafe or further use could cause damage, and contact Groundserv as soon as possible. Our team will provide support and work with you to minimise downtime wherever reasonably possible.
Is the machinery insured?
The hirer is responsible for arranging suitable insurance against loss, theft and damage while the equipment is in their care. The hirer may also be responsible for repair or replacement costs arising from damage, misuse, loss or theft.
Operators must carry out the required daily checks, including oil, coolant, tyres and other checks relevant to the machine. Please refer to the Hire Terms & Conditions for full details.
What are your Hire Terms & Conditions?
Our Hire Terms & Conditions explain the responsibilities of the hirer, deposits, payment, insurance, damage, loss, delivery, collection and return requirements. We recommend reading them before booking equipment.
