Power Boost For Maximum Performance Increase
Thanks to intelligent electronics, STIHL power tools and batteries communicate with each other. If the device and battery are equipped with the POWER BOOST function, the battery always provides the maximum possible power for the respective application. Water Connection
For work with your power tool, this provides a permanent water supply to the cutting wheel. It is used to bind dust and cool the cut. The dosable water connection directly on the machine makes cutting with water easy and convenient.
Magnesium Guard
The guard with integrated water channel and stainless steel reinforcement protects the operator from cutting debris and diverts waste material in a targeted manner, while at the same time providing a very good view of the blade. The cast magnesium guard makes the tool very lightweight and robust.

It’s exceptionally easy to handle thanks to its compact and well-balanced design and is designed for professionals working in construction, hardscaping and pipework – making it suited to making short cuts on paving stones, brickwork and steel.
The TSA 230.1 has improved cutting performance compared to the TSA 230.0 model, with a higher power output of 2.1kW and faster overall cutting speed. This extends the types of jobs and applications the cut-of machine can carry out.
It is fitted with a powerful low-maintenance EC motor which operates almost wear-free, is quiet and has smooth running and low vibrations – it also ensures the tool operates at optimum performance throughout the entire battery charge.
Thanks to its emission-free operation, the TSA 230.1 can be used inside buildings. The integrated water connection is easy to set-up too. A fixed magnesium guard has an integrated water guide and is reinforced by stainless steel, providing a clear view of the cutting wheel during use. An integrated spindle lock makes for quick and easy changing of the cutting wheel – simply press the spindle lock, loosen the retaining screw and then tighten it again.
If you use an AP 200 S, there will be a reduction in performance. On a full charge with the AP 300 S, the TSA 230.1 has a working time of 20 minutes.
