Description
Regular commercial sweeping demands a machine that can maintain consistent performance throughout the working day. The Westermann WR870-GXV160 combines the productivity of the WR870 radial sweeper with a Honda GXV160 industrial engine, making it well suited to routine moss removal, sweeping and surface maintenance across larger sites.
The 87cm working width allows large paved areas, footpaths, sports facilities and other hard surfaces to be cleared efficiently. Fitted with a wire brush, the WR870 removes moss, organic build-up and debris while remaining capable of moving heavier materials such as animal feed. The brush can be rotated to either the left or right, allowing material to be directed where it is needed.
Compared with the standard WR870, this version features a Honda GXV160 industrial engine, together with dual rear tyres and a wider wheelbase for improved stability during frequent commercial use. Large pneumatic tyres with sealed ball bearings and a front tracing wheel help maintain a consistent working height across uneven surfaces for an even sweeping finish.
Compatible with polypropylene, polypropylene wire mix and full wire brushes, the WR870 can be adapted to suit different sweeping applications throughout the year.
