Razor Sharp 10 Blade Cutting Cylinder
Each Fine Turf model is fitted with finely crafted 10 bladed cutting cylinders, featuring razor-sharp blades. Made of hardened ground steel, the 10-bladed cylinder cartridge delivers an even more precise low cut of 3.0mm that looks great and promotes a healthier lawn. Ideal for regular mowing of the lawn and for creating that bowling green finish.

Grooved Roller & Rake
The grooved roller is standard on the Fortis Fine Turf models. This roller has less surface area in contact with the ground and as a result more grass is presented to the bottom blade. The result is a cleaner cut to your lawn. The turf rake comes as standard on the Fortis Fine Turf models and can help to improve grass cutting performance. With the rake fitted, grass blades are lifted resulting in a cleaner and more precise cut.
Adjustable Height Cut 3-30mm
Easily adjust your cutting height from 3 - 30mm for the perfect finish to your lawn or fine sports turf surface. This is achieved by simply using the single height of adjustment knob which is conveniently positioned at the front of your Fortis Fine Turf lawnmower.
Fortis Lawncare System
A versatile system available for all Fortis mower models. Cartridges are fitted with the minimum of effort and including the standard 6-bladed cylinder, 10-bladed cylinder, scarifier, aerator, dethatcher, verticutter and lawn brush.

The Cobra Fortis 20FTB features a generous 51cm (20") cutting width and ten-bladed precision-ground cutting cylinder which achieves an enviable bowling green finish with a scissor-like cutting action. This versatile lawn mower benefits from an interchangeable cassette system to allow the cutting cylinder to be quickly removed and replaced with a range of optional lawn care accessories.
The combination of a grooved steel front roller and cast, ribbed, split-differential rear roller helps to lay down those traditional stripes that are the hallmark of a cylinder lawn mower. If your lawn incorporates flower beds, the rollers also let you overhang the lawn edge slightly so you can mow right up to the edge without the risk of the blades scalping the lawn. The cutting height can be adjusted from an exceptionally low 3mm up to 30mm via a single screw so you can select the ideal mowing height for your chosen area and the conditions.
The front-mounted grass box has a large 75 litre capacity and provides efficient debris collection and easy emptying. A turf rake is also included to help improve cutting performance by lifting the grass blades resulting in a cleaner and even more precise cut. Convenient folding handles allow for easy transportation and compact storage.

The Fortis 20FTB also benefits from blade brake clutch (known as BBC) which disengages the blade rotation without stopping the engine, saving you from switching off the mower and starting the engine again and again during a single session. This feature also allows you to move the lawn mower between areas of grass without the blades turning, which comes in handy when you need to cross a gravel driveway or a paved path, empty the collection box or wish to stop mowing to remove some obstacles on the way.
